Module 1: Introduction
Generally,
‘literacy’ is associated with reading. To be literate means that you
can read. The title of this course though is "Computer Literacy." What
do you think that means? How
will you manage your time? Have you thought about ways you will modify
your daily schedule to allow for one hour a day to work on this class?
Do you have a spot to work that is quite and allows you to get things
done? Go to the online forum and post 3 things about yourself: 1) First name only and town you live in. 2) Why you think this class will help you (minimum of 4 sentences). 3) Respond to at least 2 other people posted. Reminder: All
posts should be appropriate for public viewing. Be sure and provide
feedback to others who post. Find 1 thing you liked and 1 thing you
feel they could improve on. Be professional and remember that words may
be taken wrong, if you’re not careful on how you say things.
